Miami, Florida - Residential
Project Overview
Discover the potential of your project! We invite you to review our project overview and see how we can bring your vision to life!
Developing a large-scale industrial site spanning over 76 acres required advanced coordination across multiple infrastructure systems. The design needed to support heavy industrial use while addressing stormwater management, utility capacity, and site accessibility—essential for the high demands of a manufacturing operation.

The Challenge
Developing a compact 0.34-acre urban site in the heart of Miami required a highly efficient and coordinated civil engineering approach. The limited space and dense surroundings presented challenges in accommodating essential infrastructure while meeting city codes and supporting a multi-unit residential development.

The Solution
Our team designed and implemented a full suite of civil engineering solutions tailored to an urban infill project. This included the installation of a lift station, an underground stormwater system to manage runoff effectively, and complete utility coordination. We developed precise grading and drainage plans, along with pavement and signage layouts, all optimized for space efficiency and long-term performance in a tight urban environment.

The Impact
The completed 15,013-square-foot residential building contributes to the growing demand for housing in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Our engineering solutions ensured the development was not only code-compliant but also functional, sustainable, and seamlessly integrated into the city’s infrastructure.
