Developing a large-scale industrial site spanning over 76 acres required advanced coordination across multiple infrastructure systems. The design needed to support heavy industrial use while addressing stormwater management, utility capacity, and site accessibility—essential for the high demands of a manufacturing operation.

The Challenge

Designing a construction equipment dealership on an 8.69-acre site required a durable and highly functional civil engineering plan. The project needed to support heavy vehicle traffic, specialized site drainage, and utility demands while also incorporating off-site roadway improvements to enhance local infrastructure and accessibility.

The Solution

Our team provided comprehensive civil engineering services to support the development of the 27,723-square-foot facility. This included the installation of a lift station, underground detention areas for stormwater management, and a dedicated water treatment plant. We managed full utility coordination, grading and drainage design, and developed pavement and signage plans tailored to heavy-duty equipment movement. In addition, we designed and oversaw road improvements to Palm Drive and Ocoee Apopka Road to support long-term traffic flow and site access.

The Impact

The Vermeer Southeast facility now serves as a key hub for construction equipment sales and service in Central Florida. Our civil engineering solutions helped deliver a high-performance site that meets operational needs while contributing to local infrastructure upgrades and community development.
