Extra space storage
Apopka, Florida - Corporate
Project Overview
Discover the potential of your project! We invite you to review our project overview and see how we can bring your vision to life!
Developing a large-scale industrial site spanning over 76 acres required advanced coordination across multiple infrastructure systems. The design needed to support heavy industrial use while addressing stormwater management, utility capacity, and site accessibility—essential for the high demands of a manufacturing operation.

The Challenge
Developing a high-capacity self storage facility on a compact 1.92-acre site required efficient use of space and precise engineering to support stormwater management, utility demands, and site circulation. The project called for infrastructure that would meet both regulatory requirements and the operational needs of a 90,375-square-foot storage facility.

The Solution
Our team provided a full range of civil engineering services to ensure the site was fully equipped for long-term performance. This included the installation of a lift station, dry detention areas for stormwater control, and a water treatment plant. We also managed utility coordination, site grading and drainage, pavement design, and a comprehensive signage plan to support clear access and site navigation.
