Developing a large-scale industrial site spanning over 76 acres required advanced coordination across multiple infrastructure systems. The design needed to support heavy industrial use while addressing stormwater management, utility capacity, and site accessibility—essential for the high demands of a manufacturing operation.

The Challenge
Developing a 4.22-acre site into a functional and welcoming K–8 private school required careful coordination of site infrastructure to support both educational and recreational facilities. The design needed to accommodate a large indoor basketball court, efficient traffic flow for daily drop-offs and pick-ups, and safe stormwater management to meet regulatory standards.

The Solution
Our team provided complete civil engineering services to prepare the site for academic and athletic use. This included the installation of a lift station, an underground stormwater system, and full utility coordination. We also developed grading and drainage plans to ensure site reliability and implemented a pavement and signage plan to support safe access and circulation across the campus.

The Impact
The 27,871-square-foot school facility now serves students from kindergarten through 8th grade, offering a high-quality learning environment enhanced by dedicated athletic space. Our engineering contributions created a safe, functional, and sustainable foundation for a thriving educational community.
