The Impact
The completed 8,770-square-foot Wedding Barn provides a unique and elegant venue option for the Oviedo community, supporting local tourism and events. Our engineering solutions ensured the site is safe, functional, and sustainable—ready to welcome guests for years to come.
The Challenge
Transforming a 3.38-acre site into a wedding and event venue required careful consideration of site drainage, utility access, and infrastructure that could support large gatherings while preserving the site's natural charm. Balancing functionality with aesthetics was essential to meet both regulatory requirements and the client’s vision.
The Solution
Our team delivered a full suite of civil engineering services to prepare the site for long-term performance and guest accessibility. This included the installation of a lift station and an underground stormwater system to manage runoff, utility coordination, and a comprehensive grading and drainage plan. We also designed the pavement layout and signage plan to ensure smooth traffic flow and an inviting, organized site experience.
