Developing a large-scale industrial site spanning over 76 acres required advanced coordination across multiple infrastructure systems. The design needed to support heavy industrial use while addressing stormwater management, utility capacity, and site accessibility—essential for the high demands of a manufacturing operation.
The Challenge
Developing a retail site for O’Reilly Auto Parts on a 1.60-acre parcel in a busy commercial corridor required efficient land use and careful coordination of infrastructure. The design needed to support daily customer traffic, delivery access, and long-term durability, all while meeting local regulatory requirements.
The Solution
Our civil engineering team delivered a streamlined and effective site plan for the 7,500-square-foot auto parts store. The scope included the installation of a lift station, utility coordination, and comprehensive grading and drainage plans. We also developed pavement layouts and a signage plan to support safe vehicle access, customer circulation, and clear site navigation.
