Developing a large-scale industrial site spanning over 76 acres required advanced coordination across multiple infrastructure systems. The design needed to support heavy industrial use while addressing stormwater management, utility capacity, and site accessibility—essential for the high demands of a manufacturing operation.

The Challenge

Designing a dental and orthodontics office on a compact 1.75-acre site required careful planning to accommodate medical facility infrastructure while maintaining a welcoming and accessible layout for patients and staff. The project also needed to address stormwater management, utility coordination, and efficient site circulation.

The Solution

Our team provided full civil engineering services to support the development of the 7,000-square-foot medical facility. This included the installation of a lift station, an underground stormwater system for effective runoff control, and full utility infrastructure coordination. Grading and drainage plans were developed to ensure site stability, and pavement and signage layouts were designed for smooth access, parking, and traffic flow.
