A graduate of Seminole State College of Florida, Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, building a solid foundation in construction planning, cost control, and field operations.

As a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida, Mark is known for his attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. In his role at Barrios Engineering, he leads project management efforts from pre-construction through completion.

His responsibilities include overseeing third-party contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all work is performed in strict compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Mark coordinates project schedules, conducts site inspections, manages budgets, reviews contracts and change orders, and maintains clear communication between clients, inspectors, and field teams. He is proactive in identifying potential issues, mitigating risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.

Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Mark takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
