JD Salazar has been an Urban Planner and Project Coordinator with Barrios Engineering since 2024. He helps projects move from project conception through due diligence to permitting and approval. With a strong knowledge of land development regulations and experience with permitting, he is ready to assist with your project.

 He grew up in Orlando, Florida, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a Minor in Urban Studies from the University of South Florida in 2019. JD enjoys seeing local theatre and taking yoga and pilates classes in his free time.
