Carlos F. Romero Toledo, a 26-year-old native of Puerto Rico, has paved an impressive path in the field of civil engineering. He studied civil engineering at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, kickstarting his career at a small construction company on the island. Driven by a thirst for new challenges and opportunities, Carlos relocated to Orlando, Florida after two years to work for an electrical engineering company.

Currently, Carlos is a Civil Engineer at Barrios Engineering in the Orlando office, where he is diligently developing his skills, learning, and striving to become a licensed civil engineer, with a particular focus on stormwater design. His dedication and passion for his work are evident as he continues to grow and excel in the field.

In his spare time outside of work, he does sports photography and videography, and he’s also a musician that plays guitar, bass and piano.
