Carlos A. Barrios is the founder of Barrios Engineering, LLC. Carlos has over twenty years of experience working in the complementary fields of commercial land development, civil engineering and construction management.

Prior to establishing Barrios Engineering, Carlos served as a Senior Vice President of Florida Retail Development and was a Senior Project Manager at Interplan Architecture and Engineering Firm. Carlos is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Alabama, Wisconsin, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and is a member of the Florida Engineering Society (FES), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). 

He serves on the Advisory Board for Orlando Technical College and also serving on the Board of Directors for the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.
