Elio Teixeira

Director of Technology

Elio Teixeira is a Venezuelan engineer with over 25 years of experience in the field. A graduate of the Universidad Santa María, he has dedicated his career to optimizing processes and improving efficiency across various industries.


From his early years as an engineer, Elio demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions. His passion for engineering led him to work on large-scale projects in Venezuela, where he made a significant impact on every company he collaborated with. His experience in Venezuela also includes serving as a project manager, where he improved quality, analyzed and designed systems, and applied his leadership skills to streamline operations and ensure project success.


Seeking new opportunities and challenges, he decided to move to the United States. In Florida, he has worked on major residential, industrial, and commercial projects. Notably, he has been involved in the design of site, utilities, and stormwater systems for Sunbridge, a new community by Tavistock, and Story Park Lake Nona. Additionally, he has served as a construction manager at Florida Can Manufacturing, enhancing the quality and efficiency of these developments. Elio is also certified in stormwater inspections in both Florida and North Carolina, further showcasing his expertise in this critical area.
