Notably, he has been involved in the design of site, utilities, and stormwater systems for Sunbridge, a new community by Tavistock, and Story Park Lake Nona. Additionally, he has served as a construction manager at Florida Can Manufacturing, enhancing the quality and efficiency of these developments. Elio is also certified in stormwater inspections in both Florida and North Carolina, further showcasing his expertise in this critical area.
