The 42-acre, gated-access community is located at 7007 Osceola Polk Line Road in Davenport, Florida, less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and surrounded by attraction parks, golf courses, and shopping destinations. Construction of the initial phase of the single-family homes and townhouses is scheduled to begin in Q2 2023, with initial completions in Q2 2024, including the hotel component.

The resort is anchored by an attractive 12,000-square-foot building featuring a broad array of wellness-certified amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, pilates rooms, yoga deck, steam room, and sauna. The clubhouse includes a restaurant, bar, lounges, movie theater, kids’ room, arcade, driving simulators, and a state-of-the-art business center with video presentation. The outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with a kid’s waterpark, family-sized Jacuzzis and hot tubs, cabanas with a wet bar and firepits, a playground and croquet lawn, tennis, volleyball and pickle ball courts, and golf putting and. bike share and more. Finally, the community also benefits from a 5-acre nature reserve and a 70,000-square-foot curated retail strip with a pedestrian street and a unique tenant mix in the shopping corridor, to be developed in a future phase.
